Shipping Info: I (Erlend) will for the time being be shipping to the Norwegian customers, whilst international orders ship from my distributor in The Netherlands. This arrangement is due to the high shipping rates from Norway to Europe / Rest of the world (for larger parcels). Regarding tracking of parcels, all orders placed on the GIANTSKY Bandcamp include tracking. Rates are therefore a bit higher than you can find elsewhere. There are a few regions / countries to which tracking is not available. There are also a few countries to which my distributor - due to high numbers of disappearing parcels - won't risk shipping. In those instances I will run the risk and ship these orders from Norway. The cheapest shipping possible for an LP from Norway to i.e. latin America, Russia or Iran is 30€. Sending these myself, I am for the most part able to accommodate both signed copies and added perks.
If parcels get lost or damaged in transport, neither GIANTSKY nor my distributor Dutch Music Works can be held responsible.
Return Policy: For items with production flaws, please get in touch and we'll replace it for you. For regrets, we'd appreciate it if you forward or sell your items yourself. Bootleg that sucker! Those limited copies are easily traded anyways, right? :)
